Table of Contents

01

Guest Check-in and Check-out

Guest check-in takes place between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure. The hotel day begins at 11:00 AM, meaning that any delay beyond this time frame marks the start of a new hotel day. In such cases, the stay will be charged as an additional day, with the option of using hotel services until 6:00 PM.

02

Unforeseen Delay in Check-out

If a guest fails to vacate the room within the scheduled check-out time, without prior notice and approval from the reception, the hotel reserves the right to charge such an unplanned delay as an additional day of stay, as compensation for lost profit resulting from the inability to accommodate the next guest on time.

03

Check-out on the Day of Arrival

If a guest decides to leave the hotel on the same day as check-in, and checks out before 6:00 PM, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full price of one night's stay, including all associated services, given that the room was reserved exclusively for that guest for that day.

04

Cancellation and Refund of Funds

Refunds for services subsequently cancelled by the guest are not possible if the request is submitted more than 24 hours after check-in. In such cases, the hotel may issue a voucher for the value of the unused days of stay. The voucher is bearer-based, meaning it can be redeemed by any person, and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If a guest, with prior approval from the hotel manager, requests early check-out and a cash refund, the calculation is made as follows: the total amount to be refunded is reduced by the value of one additional night, as compensation for the lost night and lost profit of the hotel, while the remaining amount is refunded to the guest in cash, less the applicable VAT that the hotel calculated and paid when issuing the invoice for the nights already used.

05

Tourist Tax

A tourist tax of €2.00 per guest, per night, is mandatory for all hotel guests in accordance with the applicable regulations of Montenegro. The tourist tax is charged separately and is not included in the price of accommodation or any other hotel services.

06

House Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects the peace, safety, and comfort of other guests as well as hotel staff. If a guest's conduct violates the hotel's house rules in any way, management reserves the right to remove such a guest from the hotel, without any obligation to refund the amounts paid.

07

Liability for Damage and Inventory

The guest is financially liable for any damage resulting from careless behavior or negligent and improper treatment of hotel property. Any established damage will be charged to the guest in accordance with the assessed value of the damage caused.
